Pallet deliveries will be dispatched to you on a 'door to door' 48 hour courier service to a commercial address only.
This can be upgraded to a 24 hour service at an additional charge.

We understand that some venues are not staffed all day – for an additional charge a Timed , AM or PM delivery can be requested.

Goods arrive palletized on a large vehicle – if you have any delivery restrictions please let us know.

The courier’s vehicles are manned by only one person.
The driver will off load the pallets but you will need to your own people to take goods into your premises.

The driver will wait approx. 5-10 minutes depending on the size of the delivery whilst you check quantity of pallets & boxes / items.

Deliveries can only be made to commercial addresses.

Also check if boxes / packaging is damaged and note this on the drivers paperwork (see our delivery procedure's sheet sent with invoice).

Any shortages or damages must be reported within 3 working days of delivery.

Please retain all packaging / boxes - unpackaged items cannot be returned


Returns Policy

If your furniture is delivered to you damaged / faulty and reported within 3 working days, we will offer you wherever possible a replacement of the said item but you will need to forward by email photographs of the damaged / faulty item prior to replacement being dispatched. Items will be replaced (stocks permitting) or as soon as possible should items be out of stock.

We are not responsible for damaged caused whilst moving items into your property or to a different address from the original delivery address.

Should items be unsuitable they can be returned within 7 days of receipt of goods with the exception of items manufactured to customer's order (i.e tables). All goods to be returned in original packaging and unassembled (if self assembly) delivery & collection charge will be met by customer.
